The first edition of Webinar on “Implementation and Inculcation of Y-Break (Yoga break) for the Corporate sector” was successfully organised on 25 February 2022

Yoga practice aims to attain self-realization, by improving the inherent power of an individual in a balanced way.  We have reached an era where Yoga is not only solely limited to its founders but has also extended its reach across the globe and has created a worldwide acceptance over the past decades.  Yoga has gained a lot of importance, especially in these difficult times of the global pandemic. 

Corporate Yoga is a yoga practice that takes place exclusively in the workplace, often as a part of Employee Wellbeing Scheme. The Y-Break sessions can be arranged so that they provide a break in the workday to de-stress at the end of the day, or to prepare for the day ahead. Yoga Practice is beneficial for Maintaining Healthy Lifestyle and Endurance Under Restrictions and Stress imposed during COVID-19 Pandemic.

The 2nd Edition of Webinar on “Implementation and Inculcation of Y-Break (Yoga break) for the Corporate sector”, is scheduled to be held on 29 March 2022 on the digital platform.  The deliberations would focus on various aspects that includes boosting employee morale; reduce burnout and improve focus; improve stress management; mitigate common symptoms of sitting at the computer/laptop, including carpal tunnel, "tech neck", and back pain; boost employee immune system and improve workplace productivity.
