ABOUT EVENT

The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is organizing its 11th CII National HR Excellence Award Confluence 2020-21 on 18th March 2021 virtually (Cisco WebEx Platform), where the participants under different categories will be acknowledged.

The Confluence will include an insightful seminar to showcase perspective sharing and knowledge assimilation of best practices from the “HR Excellence Award Achievers and Assessors” who are senior HR leaders of different organizations and have been an integral part of the CII HR Excellence Award process.  

The changing business scenario along with a multi-generational and diverse workplace, the new war for talent, rapidly evolving technological innovations and the evolution of unconventional business models are transforming HR into a strategic business partner striving to create a framework of HR Excellence, contributing to overall organizational excellence and business profitability. The key objective of this Confluence are  to strengthen the HR capability of organizations to build, create and sustain a culture of HR Excellence. 

The Confluence will attract participation from some of the finest businesses and HR leaders to discuss, debate and deliberate on this emerging scenario.
