ABOUT EVENT

Post the presentation of the Union Budget in the Parliament by the Hon’ble Finance Minister, every year, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) always had the privilege of hosting an interactive session for the industry with the Revenue Secretary and his Team of senior officials from the Ministry of Finance, to understand some of the key provisions of the Budget. Our Industry members keenly look forward to this session.

This year the Interaction is being organised on Wednesday, 9th February, from 1130 to 1345 hours, over the Virtual platform. Shri Tarun Bajaj, Revenue Secretary, Ministry of Finance has kindly consented to join us for the Session.

The Session is expected to bring together Officials from Finance, Tax, Regulatory, Compliance & Corporate Affairs Departments, CFOs/CAs/CS/CWAs, Tax practitioners, Internal Auditors, General Counsel, stakeholders across sectors and service lines in SMEs/MSMEs/ Corporates/ Multinationals to discuss and deliberate on the Union Budget proposals, and get a resolution of their issues arising out of the Budget.
